Nalley's Original Chili

Summer Soup-Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cartons (8 oz. each) plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Nalley's Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 1/4 cups (18 oz.) tomato juice
  • 6 green onions, minced
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 sliced radish for garnish

Blend yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve cold and garnish. Keeps several days in the refrigerator. Makes 7 cups.
